II. PDF with copyright information must remain unaltered, insuring that the magazine’s name and authors are properly cited.

Process = Requirement of 1/2 of invoiced amount paid upon agreement. A preliminary PDF will be forwarded to you for your review. Once the final PDF is approved, reprints are sent to our production/printer to be printed and shipped. Upon receiving reprints, the second 1/2 of payment is due.

Estimated Schedule = 2 days in house production / 5-8 business days in production at printer / 5 business days shipping.

In addition to the reprints, these prices include: changes and correction; and color proof. All reprints are quoted on 70lb stock. *Stock upgrades are available upon request. **Shipping and/or rush delivery not included.
