Brandon Architects is a talented, diverse and motivated group of designers who have been influencing the communities of Newport Beach, coastal Orange County and beyond since 2009. Their youthful and inspired approach to the design process has afforded them a vast variety of design projects ranging from traditional high-end custom homes to modern custom luxury boutique hotels. Whether it’s inspiring beauty or an environmentally sensitive footprint, a smartly-designed project can lead to better living.
The Signal project is located in Cliff Haven, the most revered neighborhood in Newport Beach, known for its quiet, tree-lined streets and well-established family homes. The French Transitional custom home blends perfectly with the prominent neighborhood. From the architectural details, elevated amenities and modern interior design, every inch of this project is well-curated luxury.
This project boasts exceptional indoor-outdoor living capabilities, featuring pocketing, sliding or swinging doors leading to the outdoor spaces. It was important to the team to maximize the outdoor space when designing this home, which results in access to outdoor living space in nearly every room and a private roof garden accessible from the primary suite.Â
In addition to elevated outdoor living spaces, the home includes many luxurious amenities such as a home bar, media room, gym, refrigerated wine wall and professionally equipped home theater.Â
The home was developed in collaboration with Matt McClure of Legacy CDM. With only 4-5 projects scheduled each year, it ensures that each home is built to the highest standard with the greatest attention to detail.Â
This project won the PCBC Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Custom Home – 6,000 TO 8,000 sq. ft.Â
