Dignitaries break ground for senior housing complex

Dignitaries came together in Ramona April 26 to celebrate the groundbreaking of a $21.9 million senior housing complex consisting of 62 affordable units at 430 16th St. Participants in the ceremony included San Diego County Supervisor Dianne Jacob, representatives of the developer Serving Seniors and its partner Chelsea Investment Corporation as well as officials from the project financing partner Wells Fargo and staff from the county’s Housing and Community Development Services.
