The development partnership behind the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development plan is readying to get underway on its first apartment community project. The 300-unit community, called Station House, will sit within the 242-acre development near the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway with Frisco’s much-marketed $5 billion mile. With its location near the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters in Frisco, Station House will bring a new standard of urban living appealing to a range of demographics, said Mark McHenry, managing director of Hillwood Multifamily LP, which is the multifamily division of Hillwood.
