The project at 118 Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka St. is rising rise next to the Weller Court shopping center. Bucilla Group Architecture is designing the rental complex. The developer originally filed plans for the project in 2014. As the name suggests, the building will have 77 residential units, which will range from studios to two-bedroom apartments that go up to 1,249 square feet.
