Multifamily community first in Va. county to receive LEED platinum

An apartment building in Clarendon, Va., has earned LEED platinum status from the United States Green Building Council, the first multifamily community in Arlington County to do so.

Ten at Clarendonis a luxury apartment building with live-work spaces on the ground floor and a rooftop garden. There are currently 1,741 platinum-rated commercial projects in the country, and 3,013 globally.
