Ohio Rail Development Commission Receives $6.9 Million for Improvements to Spencer Yard
The Ohio Rail Development Commission and Wheeling Lake Erie Railway were awarded up to $6,868,768 by the U.S. Department of Transportation for the construction of a new connecting track and extension of yard tracks in the Wheeling Lake Erie Railway Spencer Yard.
