Fort Lauderdale marks POWER’s second presence in Florida, following its 2017 debut in Tampa. The company has secured a 34,203 square-foot lease at Sawgrass Technology Park, located at 1637 NW 136th Avenue, featuring a warehouse space spanning 10,050 square feet. Residents in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties can anticipate a range of products, including impact windows and hurricane-resistant roofing systems.
According to Business Wire, Greg Wilson, Vice President of Customer Development; KC Kyle, Vice President of Sales; and Trevor Perryman, Vice President of Installation Services will lead the Fort Lauderdale office. Those servicing homeowners in Fort Lauderdale have trained under POWER’s Tampa staff, who’ve spent the last six years studying the many unique aspects of the Florida market and refining POWER’s processes to better serve the local community.
The opening of POWER’s 21st office in Las Vegas marks the company’s furthest-west footprint in the country. POWER has signed leases for both a main office space and warehouse space, collectively occupying just over 45,000 square feet. They are respectively located at 8912 Spanish Ridge Drive and 5365 S. Riley Street. The exterior remodeler is currently servicing homeowners in Clark county, with future plans to expand into additional surrounding areas. Products include windows, doors, roofing, and solar panel offerings that boast a sleek, low-profile appearance.
Jesse Asch, Vice President of Customer Development; Michael Nakashian, Vice President of Sales; and Michael Turner, Vice President of Project Services will lead the Las Vegas office.
“POWER has been investing in homegrown leadership development for the last two decades,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “This early, ongoing investment in our people has prepared us to continue expanding with leaders uniquely qualified to bring a new level of service and commitment to communities across the country.”
