Plans for a 174-unit apartment complex for residents 55 and older at Diehl Road and Raymond Drive have been submitted to the city of Naperville by a company whose investors include Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico and his brother, Anthony. AG Investors III seeks a zoning change for the 8.26-acre site from office, research and light industry to office, commercial and institutional, under which multifamily residential units are allowed if a conditional use permit is approved.
