This circa-1889 Greenport Victorian listed for $1.25 million has had a complete renovation. Owner Bob Anderson rebuilt and anchored the front and side porches of the 1,900-square-foot home. He also tore down and replaced a deck, repurposing the wood for furniture and an outdoor shower. About two years ago, the exterior was stripped and sanded by restoration painter Ted Schroder. “When they got done, it turned out the wood was still pristine — that blew my mind,” Anderson says. Inside the three-bedroom, two-bath home, there is a parlor, a living room and a den. The mudroom/laundry area has radiant heat. A wood stove in the kitchen brings radiant heat up to a rear second-floor bedroom, which was refurbished to incorporate exposed beams in the design. It’s one of three bedrooms on the floor, which also has a full bathroom. A full third floor features four skylights. The 0.57-acre property consists of three Greenport Village lots, says listing agent Jill Dunbar, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. A 0.2-acre lot, which is closest to the water, can be developed with a structure.
