A development company hopes to break ground this fall on a senior housing complex on a portion of the Centralia Center parking lot. Oshkosh-based Northpointe Development Corp. is heading the project. The proposed development is four stories high and has up to 40 units, according to a project proposal. Tenants would have access to surface and underground parking. Northpointe will build the apartment complex on the west side of the main parking lot, along Seventh Avenue South.
