A 55-and-over community project for active seniors in Cinnaminson is under new ownership, township officials announced Monday morning. The complex is for active seniors who want to downsize but stay in Cinnaminson. Earlier this month, K.S. Hovnanian & Sons sold the 15-acre development known as Siena to Capitol Senior Housing (CSH), according to officials. K.S. Hovnanian and Sons owned, built and managed the project’s initial phase of five structures.
