The Blake at Baxter Village situated on 4.6 acres near Interstate 77 will include a Charleston touch from its contractor. Frampton Construction Company, LLC, broke ground on the senior living community in Fort Mill, consisting of an 88,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care building and eight cottages designed for residents with more independence. The Blake will be part of the Baxter Village master planned community, a 1,033-acre “pedestrian” neighborhood touting a YMCA, public library, urgent care center and more than 250,000 square feet of shops, offices and restaurants.
